Short Essay #3 – Read the Harvard Business Case Values in Tension: Ethics Away from Home. The author suggests some principles that would help companies act ethically in cultures where the norms may be quite different from Western standards (pg. 6) and some guidelines (pg. 12) that might be used when confronting differences in cultures. Either research or think of an example of a company outsourcing work in a foreign setting and suggest ways they could apply these principles. You must write in the 3rd person voice.
