Expression of Interest [EOI] written submission: The consortia also known as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is to prepare an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Melbourne Metro CBD as part of a large 9 Km of Metro infrastructure and 5 Metro stations being currently procured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
