Now that you completed all the individual components of the Strategic Plan, conclude this project by synthesizing all the individual components into a strategic plan that could be presented to leaders of the organization.

The final draft of your plan must include:

  • The Internal Analysis
  • The External Analysis
  • Strategy Analysis and Choice
  • Strategy Implementation
  • Evaluation and Control
  • 1-2 page, executive summary highlighting the key points of the plan.

The plan should be clear, comprehensive, and forward-looking. This is not merely a research project. Your plan should focus on specific strategic decisions (i.e., problems or opportunities) facing the company and conclude with a set of strategic recommendations.

Your final paper requires proper in-text citations and a references page. Proper APA formatting should be utilized throughout your paper.

3 10 1 Page min. or no credit. – Summary of research conducted for the SWOT analysis and a summary of that analysis (Internal and External).
4 10 1 Page min. or no credit. – Summary of work completed in Strategy Selection and a summary of identified objectives and strategy selection.
5 10 1 Page min. or no credit. – Summary of work completed in Strategy Formulation and Implentation with a summary of the specific priorities required to be successful.
6 25 1.5 Page min. or no credit. – Complete the final part of the Strategic Management Process – Rresearch to identify how your company should evaluate and control the Strategy Implementation of the strategy selection and respective priorities.
7 10 At least eight (8) in-text citations from course material (i.e. the course text). Seven or fewer in-text citations receives no credit.
8 10 Meets page requirement, both minimum and maximum, (required APA components e.g. cover page, direct quotes and reference page do not count toward page requirement) and includes APA formatting, correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
