Proposal & Annotated Bibliography

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate your ability to state and support an argument “THE POSITIVE & NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF EDUCATION DEBT/LOAN” using appropriate research and rhetorical skills. Your essay should exhibit your finest formal written communication skills.

Assignment: In 6-7 pages, clearly state and contextualize your argument and support your argument using at least five valuable sources, including two peer-reviewed articles OR one peer-reviewed article and one personally gathered primary source (i.e an interview or collection of data). Approved book chapters may be used in lieu of peer-reviewed articles.
