Description:

I need a proposal for my research paper that I have to submit to my professor before moving on to writing the whole paper. Which must include ½ page typed statement on the topic for my final paper. Must include 1-2 (peer reviewed and articles) references that will be used in you final paper. I need to investigate/research a chosen career for post graduation (which is school counselor grades 9-12), and discuss some of the issues that bias, discrimination, and racism creates for those being served by those agencies. I need to formulate a plan that is research based on the practical applications that address the issues that arise within my field. I also need to discuss my own ideas for how I can contribute to reducing some of the discrimination practices in that field. The paper needs to be 4-5 pages long, and will require peer reviewed studies and articles in my chosen career. *it can be a bid for just the proposal or a bid for proposal and entire research paper* *Please let me know as to if you are bidding for just proposal or whole paper since proposal is only 1/2-1 page as to being 4-5 pages for the whole research paper*
