Description:

I am looking for some assistance to write about the motivation theory. While this assignment is to be applied to my life goal and finishing my degree, I am hoping that someone can assist to start the paper and where my narrative needs to be applied, it can be designated by XX and I will complete my own narrative. I am having a hard time understanding the motivation theory, so this is will be very helpful. Below is the requirements: Write about motivation theory and how this applies to your life in your goal to finish your degree. Two types of motivators often discussed in organizational psychology are: intrinsic (internal or inherent) motivation and extrinsic (external) motivation. An artist who creates “art for art’s sake”” is an example of someone who is intrinsically motivated. He or she is simply creating art for the pleasure or challenge of it rather than for the money or fame. Extrinsic motivation comes from outside influences. The desire for praise or money is linked to extrinsic motivation. The old adage of using a carrot and a stick is an example of extrinsic motivation. It relies on reward and punishment to motivate people to accomplish tasks. There are certain tasks where extrinsic motivation is needed like for a task that requires a short turn around but for long term goals
