Examine Figure 2 in School Capacity
and Student Achievement (p. 8). Then search  Library databases for
two articles discussing the benefits of a professional learning community to
school culture. Using this research, design a professional development plan for
your school that will positively impact school culture.  In a three- to
five-page paper, discuss the following:
