- Are there cases when Project Management should not be used? Why? Describe the advantages, disadvantages, and potential impacts of using Project Management for small and large projects. What factors determine when it is required? (WORTH 15 POINTS)
- What are the most important skills and abilities for a Project Manager to have? Are people and non-technical skills or technical skills more important? Why? (10 POINTS)
NOTE: Answers should generally be about 2-3 double spaced pages for the first two question numbers and 1-2 for numbers 3, 4, and 5. However, that is an estimate.
